DEPOSIT
Please note that all prices quoted are AUD$

To confirm your hunt, a deposit equal to 30% of the total Guiding Fees must accompany your booking form:

Remaining fees are payable in full 14 days prior to commencement of the hunt. 

Payment should be bank cheque, traveller's cheques or electronic transfers. 

Personal cheques will not be accepted.

Credit Card and EFTPOS facilities are unavailable.

Cheques must be made payable to Errol Mason not Sambar Shikars.

REFUNDS

Deposits will only be refunded where Shikars are cancelled 90 clear days prior to the scheduled date of departure.   In the case of Australian hunters AUD $50 of the deposit will be retained to cover administraion costs and in the case of international hunters AUD$100 will be retained to cover administration costs.  This applies to all cancelled hunts irrespective of when it is cancelled.

A refund is not given for unused days booked.   This is standard practice for safaris around the world. 

Deposits for Shikars cancelled are transferable to a new date, commencing within 12 months of the date of commencement of the Shikar cancelled.

If a stag is taken on the first day the Shikar continues if the client wishes and the client may hunt for a hind or  other species. 

We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
